The strategic layout of Weichang Holding Group’s five major industrial parks has been fully implemented.

The Jiangsu base has opened and begun production, officially completing the company’s market footprint in East China.

Recently, the Jiangsu base of Weichang Holding Group officially opened and commenced production in Wujiang, Suzhou. With the completion of this production facility located in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta, Weichang Holding Group has formally established a strategic layout spanning five major manufacturing sites across eastern, central, western, southern, and northern China, marking a new phase in the company’s nationwide capacity‑coordination system for integrated housing and modular construction.

As a strategic cornerstone of the Group in Eastern China, the Jiangsu base is strategically positioned within the Yangtze River Delta economic circle, adjacent to Shanghai and situated at a major transportation hub where highways, railways, and waterways converge, enjoying a distinct locational advantage. Once fully operational, the facility will provide efficient, localized manufacturing and delivery support for engineering projects across the East China region, significantly reducing supply‑chain distances and ensuring that modular container homes, prefabricated shipping containers, and other products reach frontline construction sites more swiftly. This initiative not only fills a critical capacity gap in the Group’s presence in the East China market but also offers robust support for the diverse temporary‑construction needs arising from the Yangtze River Delta’s integrated development.

To date, Weichang Holding Group has established a five‑plant industrial footprint spanning the nation’s major economic regions. Each facility leverages its unique strengths and complements the others, together weaving an efficient, synergistic industrial network.

Shandong Base: Rooted in Jiaodong, serving the broader North China region. As the Group’s headquarters, the Shandong base has been deeply engaged in the integrated housing sector for many years, serving as the company’s R&D and manufacturing hub. Located on the Jiaodong Peninsula and adjacent to coastal ports such as Qingdao and Yantai, Weifang can swiftly serve markets across North China, Northeast China, and parts of East China, while leveraging its convenient sea‑land transport links to connect with overseas markets, making it a key gateway for the Group’s global expansion.

Chengdu Base: Pioneering the Southwest, Connecting Land and Sea. The Chengdu base is located in the Qingbaijiang Industrial Concentration Zone, at the heart of the Chengdu–Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle. Leveraging Chengdu’s status as a comprehensive transportation hub for Southwest China and the region’s favorable location for the regular operation of international freight trains, the base can efficiently serve Sichuan, Chongqing, and the broader Southwest market, while serving as the Group’s strategic foothold for connecting to the New International Land–Sea Trade Corridor and expanding into wider inland and overseas markets.

Guangdong Base: Rooted in the Greater Bay Area, deeply cultivating South China. The Guangdong base is located in Foshan, at the heart of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, where manufacturing clusters are concentrated and industrial‑chain support systems are well established. Anchored in the Pearl River Delta and leveraging the Greater Bay Area’s convenient port infrastructure and extensive road network, the base can swiftly meet the robust engineering demands of South China. At the same time, by capitalizing on its export‑oriented economic strengths, it provides strong support for the Group’s international trade and export operations.

Xinjiang Base: Anchored in the West, with a view toward Central Asia. The Xinjiang base, located in Urumqi, sits at a key node in China’s westward opening-up strategy and serves as an important hub for international logistics corridors, including the China–Europe Railway Express. Its completion not only enables the Group to efficiently serve the vast northwest market and shorten the transport distance of bulk commodities heading west, but also fulfills a strategic mission to connect Central Asia and expand into broader international markets, making it a vital component of the Group’s global expansion.

Jiangsu Base: Deeply rooted in the Yangtze River Delta, serving East China. The Jiangsu base is located in Wujiang, Suzhou, within the Yangtze River Delta—the most economically dynamic region in China. With a robust industrial foundation and a dense pipeline of engineering projects, coupled with well-developed water and land transportation networks and an extensive logistics infrastructure, the base leverages its strategic location to provide East China customers with more timely and flexible production and delivery services. It serves as a pivotal hub for the Group’s reach into East China and its connection to the national market.

The five major production bases, spanning east, west, south, north, and central China, are strategically interconnected. According to a representative of Weichang Holding Group, the commissioning of the Jiangsu base marks the completion of a pivotal component in the group’s nationwide strategic layout. Moving forward, the group will continue to leverage its five key bases to deepen regional collaboration, optimize capacity allocation, and deliver higher‑quality, more efficient prefabricated housing products and services across the country, thereby making sustained contributions to the industrialization and green development of the construction sector.
